Castaway Trash Hauling prides itself on providing superior customer service at all times.  Castaway will make every effort to provide you with a good experience.  Please help us by respecting the following terms and conditions.

• Castaway Trash Hauling cannot haul putrescible waste (any material that has had intimate contact with food products) therefore please place only trash in our receptacles.
• There is an 8 ton weight limit in all roll-off containers.  Filling a 20yd or 30yd with rocks, sod, asphalt, ceramic roofing or concrete will exceed the weight limit.  There are further weight restrictions with the smaller containers.  We have specialized containers for heavy materials.  Please be as specific as possible when speaking with a representative about your disposal needs.  This will allow us to provide you with the proper type of service to meet your needs.
• Every attempt will be made to meet your schedule.  Please allow 2 hours lee-way time for any action that customer must be present for, i.e…  Deliveries, Relocations.
• Customer is responsible for the container or drop box in the event of fire, theft, and/or damage.  Materials in the load must be evenly distributed.  A return trip charge will be assessed if the box is un-haulable for any reason.

• Every effort will be made to place containers where requested, however, Castaway Trash Hauling assumes no responsibility for damages to curbs, sidewalks, driveways or any type of damage, above or below ground, inside of property line.  The customer is responsible for all damages incurred to our equipment as a result of service.  To help minimize damage to asphalt or concrete, the customer can provide two (2) 4X8 sheets of plywood, to place the box on at time of delivery.
• Movement of container, by customer, is expressly not permitted.
• Terms: Net 30 days for commercial accounts, C.O.D. for homeowner accounts.  Drivers are permitted to collect money at time of delivery for your convenience.  Late fees will be assessed on all past due accounts.
• We ask that you refrain from disposing of the following items in any trash container:

• Hazardous Materials
• Burning Hot Ashes
• Liquids or wet concrete
• Wet Paint
• Tires
• Refrigerators
• Air conditioners
