Castaway Trash Hauling prides itself on being an environmentally consciouse company.  Due to our long standing ties with the area, we are philosophically motivated toward sustainability in the Truckee Meadows.  It is because of this reason that we work on a daily basis to expand our resources into global recycling markets. 

Recently, organizations such as yours have driven the Reno / Sparks marketplace into a state of environmental awareness, which has furthered the recycling movement in our area.  While currently Castaway Trash Hauling does not operate its own recycling facility, we are fostering relationships that will allow Castaway to facilitate the on-set of your recycling program as well as market your recyclable materials. 

Depending on the volume and characteristics of your waste stream, we can assist you in instituting a Recycling Program that will best serve your specific needs.  We will be able to assist you in locating various recycling equipment as well as facilitate the installation into your facility.  We will also assist youin training your personnel in the collection & separation of your recyclable materials.

We currently offer commercial scale programs to enable the recycling of the following materials:

• Magazines
• Phone Books
• Cardboard
• Metals – Ferrous and Non-Ferrous
• Construction & Demolition Debris - with capabilities for L.E.E.D. certified reporting
